a wildlife photographer waits out the bitter primorye winter in hopes of capturing a photo of the elusive siberian tiger, with only their trailcams for company - and, waningly, inspiration.
my major project at RMIT university, centered around the idea that there's only so much experience to be felt and impact to be had from behind a screen, while more broadly shining a light on ecosystems facing threats of climate change, poaching, and overextraction of natural resources - in this instance, the wildlife of siberia.
